Everything and everyone is energy vibrating at different frequencies. Some frequencies are lower and can bring us down to a lower energetic place. This affects our mental, physical, and emotional health. Over time, if we do not correct this, it can cause us to become sick, severely depressed, fearful, run down, and hopeless. This is not our natural state.

Join me in this one day class as I walk you through many different ways to not only protect your energy but also ways to re-energize it when it has been zapped and drained. This class will be an interactive experience, so dress comfortably.
